PVC Composite Door Components

Weston’s PVC Composite: Building with Weston PVC Composite yields top-performing door systems. Select our smooth white hard cap PVC for the highest UV resistance rating or choose wood grain for the best embossment pattern and superior stainability. Want more colour options? Our primed white composite is ready to paint with simple preparation or pick from our selection of vinyl wrap which has a palette of many colours and textures. We have 20-minute fire rating and depression-pressure approvals.

COMPOSITE BOTTOM BLOCKS

Weston’s finger joint pine frames and brickmould with a composite bottom block provide superior protection against swelling, wicking, and water absorption, ensuring durability at the base of door frames. The composite safeguards against insects, rot, and decay, making it an excellent choice for longevity and Weston’s formulation is much stronger than other products that use recycled polystyrene. These frames combine the lightness and stiffness of wood with the enhanced performance and protection of composite and include Weston’s renowned primed finish.

PVC Reversible Trim Board and Accessories:

Weston’s full-sized PVC boards feature film-faced protection to stay clean during installation. With excellent paint adhesion, reversible wood grain and smooth faces available, superior edge sealing and UV resistance, these strong yet easy-to-handle boards are versatile and long-lasting. Boards come in convenient mini packs for easier handling and efficient storage. We offer matching corner boards and stealth boards in either smooth or wood grain finish to complete the trim project.

Weston’s interlocking PVC boards allow for easy installation that conceals fasteners, offering a seamless, weatherproof surface. With superior paint adhesion, protection against UV, and a reversible design, they reduce the need for multiple SKUs while preventing scratches, splits, and warping during and after installation. Available in retail bundle sizes, these boards can be matched with our range of accessory profiles. Expand project design possibilities with colored, patterned, or textured vinyl wrap.

SignBRIGHT^TM PVC SIGNAGE

SignBRIGHT^TM PVC sheets are optimized for various applications such as screen printing or displays and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor signs. They can be easily printed or wrapped, are water-resistant, lightweight, termite-resistant, and will not rot or decay. Made from virgin PVC that is guaranteed to be lead-free, SignBRIGHT^TM sheets are fire-retardant, self-extinguishing, and can be printed on both sides. Special order sizes, densities, and colors are available.
