Reporting to our Vice President, Finance, IT and PMO, we’re looking for a visionary Director of IT to lead our technology strategy and operations. This new role is for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving network security, SQL expertise, and AI integration to keep us at the cutting edge. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to ensure scalability and security.
• Oversee SQL database architecture, optimizing data accessibility and security.
• Drive AI adoption and automation, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Build, manage and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation.
• Manage vendor relationships, IT budgets, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement technology solutions that fuel business growth.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher level, in a relevant field, with a minimum of ten (10) years in progressive IT leadership roles

Skills and Abilities:

• Deep expertise in networking, SQL, AI, and digital transformation
• Strong cybersecurity, risk management (including disaster recovery), and cloud computing knowledge
• Expertise with ERP/ CRM systems in general; experience with Epicor is highly desirable
• Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, and solving complex problems through effective decision-making and influencing skills
• Well developed project management skills to drive results
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent people management skills to foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence
• Capable to work effectively in a dynamic and shifting environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines

Nice-to-Have:
